After hearing rave reviews from many people both at work and around the town, we sought out Colin to help us buy our first home here in the Valley. His in-depth knowledge of the area, its people and the ever changing market made our decision on who to hire a no-brainer when it came time to sell a few years later. Again, we couldn't have had a better experience; Colin's professionalism and dedication made the whole experience a breeze. His exceptional photographic coverage of our home, quick response to any question we thew at him and his tireless commitment to ensuring our home was seen by the people who would love it as much as we did, all helped guarantee quick sale that left everyone happy. We dealt with Colin when purchasing a home in Bridgetown and found him very helpful and dedicated. When time came to sell our home we did not hesitate to ask Colin to be our Agent. Colin gives Remax a perfect image of quality, knowledge, advice, expertise in Sales and Administration and follow-up during the 'visits' period. Colin is highly professional and very friendly. Colin came highly recommended. A quick drive around the valley and you will see his name on almost every other real estate sign. You know why? Because he does a great job. It has been great working with Colin over the years both as a buyers and a sellers agent. One of the most responsive and accommodating realtor I know; he keeps on top of any issues when buying or selling and is a text message away and very accessible. He is also very knowledgeable on the Annapolis Valley and will honestly advise you. I would highly recommend Colin!

I would like to take a moment to share our wonderful experience we had with Mr. Colin Crowell. I am a military member, my wife and I were posted out west to Victoria from Greenwood. Colin took on our property in a time when the market was soft in the Greenwood area, and there was a glutton of houses on the market.
